In Karify you can offer your patients online treatment assignments. There are individual assignments or packages. Packages are either premade treatment modules in a specific order, or parts of a treatment that you can combine with other assignments. Once you schedule an assignment for your patient, it becomes immediately available on your patient’s Dashboard.
Planning a treatment module
- Click the button “Clients” in the navigation bar.
- Select the patient. This will open the patient’s record.
- Click the icon with the blue circle and plus sign to open the planner.
- In the planner, you can filter for whole treatment packages or individual assignments. You can also search by package name. By clicking on the name of the package or assignment, you can preview the content and experience how it will be viewed by your patient.
- Choose an assignment or package by clicking the grey button with the downward arrow on the right.
- The item now appears below the planner in the “Staging area”. This item is not yet scheduled. You can still:
– preview the assignment by clicking the eye-icon
– delete the assignment by clicking the trash can-icon
– add another assignment to the staging area
When you are sure about your choice, click the downward arrow. The assignment is now scheduled and available for your patient. Your patient gets a notification and sees the assignment on his/her Dashboard.
Checking the assignment status
You can monitor your patient’s progress by viewing the status of the planned assignments. Click the “Clients” button in the navigation bar and open the client record. Below the “Treatments” header you find every planned assignment of this patient. Each separate assignment can have several statuses, see the image below for an example.
