The Basics
Karify is a secured platform to communicate with your patients, plan online treatment assignments and provide tailor-made information. In this article, you can find information about the most important features that Karify offers.
- Dashboard
- Library. In the library, you can provide custom and personally validated information to your patients, for instance, an audio fragment with mindfulness exercises, a useful website or an inspiring video.
- Messages. Messages in Karify are a secure way to communicate with patients and colleagues.
- Admin. Manage the settings of your Healthspace and invite patients and colleagues to give them access to your Healthspace.
- Clients. Here you can view and open patient records. In the patient record, you can set up relevant treatment assignments or view your progress.
- Profile. By clicking your profile name in the top right corner of the screen, you can log out or adjust your personal settings.
- Healthspaces. By clicking on Healthspaces you can navigate between your personal “My Karify” page and your Healthspace(s).
FAQ
Why are certain buttons missing in my account?
Some buttons are not accessible in your account. This is due to the account role you have been assigned to in Karify. These account roles provide access to certain features, like inviting patients or managing the library. Hence your account might not have access to all possible features. If you have any questions about your roles in Karify, please contact your Healthspace manager or our support team through support@karify.com
