Messages

  1. Click the button “Messages” in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the button “New conversation” in the top right corner.

You can now start typing your message. Choose one or more contacts from your contact list. The names of all addressees are visible to all other participants in the conversation, so everyone is included knows who else is involved.
To include an attachment to your message, click one of the icons below your message. Choose the type of attachment you want to include: audio, video, a document or an image.

I can not find my contact

To add your patient as a contact and send a message, you need to create a connection with your patient. After creating a connection, this person is included in your contact list. More information on how to create a connection can be found in this support article.
