What does My Record entail?
In Karify you have your own Record. In your reord you can save medical information. For instance a referral note, your treatment plan or an X-ray picture. It is your call if you want to keep these medical records to yourself or share them with your clinician. When your treatment comes to an end, you will still be available to (only) you.
To go to your record, click ‘My Record’ in the top right of the screen.
Files
In ‘Files’ you can save all kinds of documents, such as video’s, audio files or pictures. You can choose to share with your clinician.
Assignments
The assignments that you make are saved in your record. You will find these assignments here.
Messages
Here you can find the messages that have been sent to and received from your contacts. Here you can always re-read all the conversations with your clinician.
FAQ
I cannot see my assignments in ‘My Record’?
An assignment will only appear in your record once you have handed it in. You can find new assignments on your Dashboard
