How do I send a message?

With ‘Messages’ in Karify you can send and receive messages in a secure environment.

  1. Click on the ‘Messages’ button in the navigation bar.
  2. Click ‘New Conversation’ on the top right of the screen.

Choose one of your contacts from your contact list. Recipients of the message always see every other addressee, which means that you always know who sees the message if you send a reply. You can now type your message

You can also add an attachment to your message. To add an attachment, click ‘Attachment’ in the bottom of the page and choose a type of attachment: video, audio, document or a picture.

Email Notifications

When you receive a message in Karify, a notification email will be sent to the email address that is connected with your Karify account.

FAQ

I cannot find my clinician in the contact list

Most likely your clinician has not made a connection with you in Karify yet. You can contact your clinician to ask if she/he can make the connection.
